Boomer
Boomer came into the shelter in 2022 as a 1-year-old puppy. Since then, he’s spent nearly his entire adult life being overlooked, in and out of foster homes and boarding kennel.
And the hardest part? Boomer is STILL one of the most loving dogs you could ever meet. Every time someone walks by his kennel, he lights up with hope. Every walk, every cuddle, every ounce of attention means the world to him — because deep down, he still believes his person is out there somewhere.
He deserves soft beds, quiet evenings, belly rubs, and the chance to decompress in a real home.
Boomer is:
5 years old, Cattledog, Pitty mix
Around 65 lbs
Potty trained + crate trained
Neutered and fully vetted
Wonderful on walks
Gone through extensive training for basic obedience
Non-reactive around other animals in public
Best as the only pet
Best with older kids/teens
He doesn’t need perfection. He doesn’t need a mansion or a huge backyard. He just needs someone willing to say: “Come home with me furever.”
